??? or :) :) :)

this is one company that tells me to colour my hair - gold or something.
this is one company that tells me to put on more makeup.

hey whats wrong with:-

1. jet black hair?
2. less makeup - i need my skin to breathe. i dont need to fake a mask.

kinda stuck in a rut.

i find it sheer queer yet simultaneously happy (coz if u think carefully, most companies would want their staff hair to be tame and no wayang makeup).

hehehe.

n now.. here comes the dreaded lunch. happens once a year, but i just hate it. makes me wanna puke.

skin skin skin

Ok, CNY just passed.. had a really nice longg weekend.

and today's topic:

been so long since i last had my facial done. inflation is crazy. everyone loathes it. frankly, if im gonna continue my facial at at least $190/session, i'll die. its a lot of money. but hey, praises to God that my work allows me to have lots of spare time.. so i managed to use it very wisely.

i've been pondering and reading about this particular treatment for skin known as Vitamin C Iontophoresis. i do not exactly have any more skin problem(s) to deal with (i have successfully cleared). nevertheless, that doesn't mean i should be complacent and literally let nature takes its course, right? anyways, this aesthetic procedure isn't any kind of injection or filler, or u know, physically changes your features with a jab. it basically is something like a facial - minus the massage and ambience and mask. purely a treatment that uses a machine that "scans" the surface of your face, inducing the skin to absorb the goodness of the vitamin C for results. as far as i know, Vitamin C is a potent anti-oxidant which slows ageing and "Vitamin C actually protects the skin from damage that is caused by exposure to the sun. It also helps to promote the formation of collagen which provides support and strength to the skin. This causes a decrease in fine lines and wrinkles and can also improve the texture of the skin. Vitamin C can also help to lighten skin discolorations caused by sun damage. "

sounds good to me. and i think, rationally, getting a direct vitamin C booster on my skin -which cost $100 lesser - is much wiser than paying $190 for a facial plus massage. i suppose i'll do just fine without the massage. hehehehe.

and thus i have made an appointment for the first treatment next friday evening. yayyy!

this saturday, on the other hand, i've got to see my doctor at Raffles Hospital. need him to check on my back and  get him to prescribed the same medications. running out.

see you soon, Drs!
